Stopped by on a Saturday morning while in town for just a few days with what I thought was a muffler issue! I was worried about the drive back home and hoped that they’d have time to fix my car, and they were SO quick and helpful. They looked at my car immediately and resolved the problem (in just 20 minutes!!). Frank even brought me out and showed me what was fixed and a couple of other things to keep an eye on. If I wasn’t just visiting town I’d definitely be back for help any other car trouble!

Then she brought it back to the shop and they charged her $600 to fix the brake lines only for her car to come home leaking fuel because they cut her fuel lines while installing the brake lines. Then we finally gave up and went to another shop only to find that not only had they nicked her fuel lines, the brake lines were incomplete and leaking. Now we have contacted corporate requesting a refund. Everyone we talked to assured us we would get a refund after talking to the regional manager. The regional manager refuses to issue a refund even after I brought him the broken fuel lines, showed him the leaking brake lines and incomplete front end of the brake line. The regional manager has been provided documentation from another mechanic, he even called that mechanic on the phone who confirmed exactly what I said, had me bring in to shop the broken fuel lines, which had
